Encrypted connection
All traffic between the web panel and the mobile app is encrypted with HTTPS; passwords are stored irreversibly.
Role and permission control
Each user sees only the modules and data they're authorized for. Permissions are defined by title and department.
Regular backups
The database is backed up at regular intervals; on request, a backup frequency specific to your business is set.
Isolated database option
For businesses that don't want their data in the same database as any other customer, a separate database setup is offered.
Data ownership
Your data belongs to you. If you leave, you export your customer, product, and sales data completely to Excel — there's no lock-in.
No lock-in
Some systems make it easy to get your data in and hard to get it out. We don't do that. You can export your customer, product, sales, and report data to Excel any time, without asking anyone's permission. If you decide to leave HaniftaCRM, our team will also help you take a complete copy of your data. What keeps you with the product should be your satisfaction, not a contract.
Data Protection
No data transfer abroad
Under data protection law, the issue that causes the most trouble is transferring personal data to servers abroad. There is no such transfer at HaniftaCRM: all data — including customer records, sales data, and WhatsApp chats — is hosted within Türkiye's borders. Because it's built by a local team, when you have a compliance request your point of contact is in Türkiye too; you won't be dealing with an overseas support line.
